How can I track the status of my order?

You can review your order status and order history by signing in and viewing the order history tab in your account settings. As a registered customer, you will also be able to review the order status and histories for all your online orders. You can see what you bought and when you bought it.

Can I return my purchase if I don't like it?

Satisfaction Guaranteed - If you are not completely satisfied with a service or item(s) purchased, simply return it to a Wacces store or by mail so we can make it right. Returns and exchanges require a filled form. Some exceptions apply. Please visit our Returns section for more details.

How do I place an order online?

You can simply add the merchandise to the basket, and checkout after you are done with the selection. 

How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

Shipping rates, options, and methods can be found in our Shipping Terms section. You will be able to insert your zip code to check the shipping rates for your region.

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Orders shipped to NJ will have applicable state sales taxes added to your total order and to your shipping charges where appropriate. Taxes will be calculated during checkout. Wacces is not responsible for custom charges for international orders and will not be able to communicate with the customs.

I can't find the item I'm looking for. How can I search for it?

Try entering a keyword, phrase, or item number into our Search Bar at the top of this page, and click "Go." Then sort your Search Results easily by "Name," or "Price" to organize everything you've found the way you want it.

Will Wacces.com ship to an international address?

 Yes, we ship to international locations. You can estimate the charges by your zip code in our Shipping Terms section.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Wacces also accepts PayPal and Paypal Credit system. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks and money orders for online purchases. If you would like to pay with a Gift Certificate please call us at 1-201-203-3041.

How do I know if ordering online is secure?

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address, so only WACCES.com is able to decode your information.

To be sure your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your information is secure. Most browsers offer additional security alerts, as well.

With regard to overall security, we always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. The facilities that house our servers are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.

Why isn't my browser working with your site?

Ordering from our site requires the use of an SSL-compliant browser. We recommend using Netscape 4.0 or later, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later. Version 3.01 of both browsers incorrectly displays 'transfer interrupted' when retrieving information from our databases. For AOL users, either the 4.0 AOL client for PCs or the 4.0 AOL client or later for Macs is recommended. If you are using earlier versions than the browsers listed here, we can't guarantee that all of our site features will work correctly. Also, your browser preferences must be set to accept cookies.

Does Wacces.com participate in pop-up advertising?

No, Wacces.com does not participate in pop-up advertising. If you are seeing pop-up ads on your computer screen, it is most likely due to an Ad Ware program installed on your hard drive. Many of these programs are designed to install themselves with little to no warning while you browse shopping, coupon and music websites.

How can I contact Wacces about a potentially fraudulent website or e-mail?

Protect Your Personal Information. Recently, there has been an increase in the number of websites and e-mails that try to lure customers into providing personal information. Often these e-mails or websites solicit charitable donations under the name of reputable companies or offer gift cards in return for information. Wacces does not solicit charitable donations in this way, sponsor these websites, nor are we affiliated with the site operators.
